I’m a 16 year old girl, with an amazing APHA/PtHA mare ‘Lucy’. We live in the southwestern US and are just getting back into the ‘big stuff’ showing wise.

I’m your average high school junior, balancing friends, family and horses. In my non-horsey time I love reading, shopping, sitting by the pool and playing golf really badly.

Luce is a chestnut overo mare, about 15.2hh tall. She’s amazing at western riding, trail and pattern classes in general. She loves peppermints and can’t keep a sheet or blanket un-ripped for longer than 24 hours.

The support team is my amazing parents, because they make this and my dreams possible, my trainer, who keeps me going, my best friend, who shows a completely different discipline, but has made it her duty to be my personal cheerleader, and God, because he’s the ultimate judge.

This began as my project to document my road to the 2009 WCs, but has turned into my place for myself to vent, babble and just talk.
